Sessions take place at the Start With You office in Mazaya BB2 Tower, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), at your own workplace anywhere in the UAE, or online. Leaders travel in from across Dubai, and online sessions suit anyone who travels frequently or leads teams across the GCC and beyond.

Yes. The first conversation is a free 30-minute discovery call with no obligation. It is a chance to talk through what is happening, ask questions and get an honest view of whether coaching, training or profiling is the right fit before you commit to anything.
No. Describe your situation in your own words and you will be guided to the right starting point, whether that is leadership coaching, executive coaching, career coaching or a programme for your team. The discovery call is designed for exactly that conversation.
Yes. Online sessions follow the same structure as in-person coaching and suit people who travel, work across time zones or live outside Dubai. In-person sessions take place at our office in JLT, and team programmes can run on site anywhere in the UAE.
Yes. What you share in an enquiry or a coaching session stays confidential. Where an organisation sponsors coaching, what is reported back is agreed in writing before the work begins: typically attendance and progress, never the content of your sessions.
Yes. Organisations can sponsor individual coaching, commission in-house corporate leadership training or book a leadership course for a cohort of managers. Share your headcount, timeframe and objectives in the form and you will receive a written proposal.
